Even new construction should be inspected. Sub-contractors can make mistakes.

Buying a home is nerve-racking

As an insured, licensed Massachusetts home inspector, I can help relieve the stress by making sure you make an informed decision. I have the experience to answer your questions and provide a thorough home inspection report describing the physical condition of your potential new home. I provide an objective “Condition of Property” report covering all major building systems, including often-overlooked drainage, moisture, and ventilation problems.

I have performed thousands of inspections on residential and condominium buildings, conforming to American Society of Home Inspector’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

My home inspection reports identify potential solutions to problems, and are intended to be used as a future reference for preventive maintenance. My reports also describe the positive aspects of the property to promote a clear understanding of the property as a whole. I believe that when selecting a home inspector, experience and training should be the primary consideration. A comprehensive home inspection reduces risk, and will likely save you money; it is often possible to negotiate with the seller for the cost of necessary or near future repair/replacement of major building components.
